A Study on the Future Direction of Teachers in Educational Institutions in relation to Multicultural Families Children
Hwang Hyen-Joo

Abstract
"This study looked at the status and status of educational institutions' adaptation and support for children from multicultural families, and proposed measures to support social adaptation of children from multicultural families to explore ways for children from multicultural families to contribute to the growth and development of their children. Therefore, through this study, we looked at support policies for children from multicultural families and programs for adaptation to educational institutions.
First, we could see that the establishment of a system to support children of multicultural families was insufficient and that the current government focused on projects to support migrant women as projects to support multicultural families. Second, the role of parents and the importance of parent education has been confirmed for children, so the role of parents is important for healthy child growth and parent education should be prioritized. Third, along with the Multicultural Family Support Center, teachers at educational institutions with children's support are having difficulty playing their roles due to multicultural awareness and lack of multicultural education programs. Therefore, education and program development education for multicultural families of teachers in educational institutions should be strengthened. Fourth, children from multicultural families were found to be somewhat lower than children from non-cultural families in terms of language development, indicating that related measures and support were needed.
Children from multicultural families, like children from ordinary families, have different adaptations depending on their individual characteristics. As such, this study requires a change in the perception of children from multicultural families to support the development of children from multicultural families. The government should introduce a systematic education system, including the establishment of various support systems and the training of teachers in Nuri courses, to expand multicultural education and expand the culture of multicultural families from the early childhood. For the social stress of children from multicultural families, they feel the need to develop and support parental participation programs to promote parent education, and to provide integrated support services to help multicultural parents adapt to life in Korea."
